Day 1 - Feb 21, 2022

Once I got over the horror of being awake at 5am it wasn't that bad. I did my walk and learn at the same time. That's when I learned what that 20/20/20 would look like for me. It looks like 90 minutes. Walking from 5:15 to nearly 6 am. Then fixing tea and journalling and working in my planner until 6:30.  I was quite productive in the morning and got many tasks off my list before my friend came to pick me up for afternoon activities. It's her birthday week. SO I was very pleased that i used the morning time effectively. I was EXHAUSTED by 8:30pm. I live with my Dad and usually he goes to bed early and I stay up. But last night I was like, I have to go. I showered was in bed by 9:15 and finished reading and lights out at 10am.  So overall, Day 1 successful.

Wikipedia says he was a litigation lawyer who gave it up at 25 to write self-help motivational books that help people achieve not only career success but personal emotional and spiritual balance. He has written 12 books including MegaLiving and the Monk Who Sold His Ferrari. He has his own coaching business. Sharma Leadership International...
